Shipping policy

• We offer free shipping on orders over R1000 / $150
• Items listed available online are in-stock, ready to ship.

Fulfilment Time:

• Retail online orders in stock ship within 1-3 business days of the order date.
• Wholesale online orders that are in stock ship within 1-5 business days of the order date.

Shipping Carrier:

• All South African orders are shipped via Courier Guy with tracking and delivery confirmation.
• Courier Guy takes between 1-4 days generally depending on location.
• All International orders are shipped via TUNL with tracking and delivery confirmation.
• TUNL takes 5-7 days with express shipping via FedEx and 10-14 days for economy via UPS (economy only available in the USA)
• International shipping does not include duties and taxes for your country, those will be billed to buyer. We will let you know the cost of the duties + taxes via email before your shipment is sent.
